Beyond my background of being a collegiate athlete, teaching tennis pro and certified personal trainer and nutritionist, my passion has been to bring strength and fitness to everyone regardless of age and ability. Over the past 15 years I’ve been training every type of client from age 13 – 80. From beginners who never worked out before, people looking to take their fitness up a notch or clients looking for sport specific training. I also helped clients with their physical recovery post surgeries. Basically a little bit of every type of person, from those who needed a little push to get started to the determined self-starter and everything in-between. I created this online program to bring you the best and most results driven system that I know works, because I’ve seen it put to the test and succeed every day over the past 15 years with every type of client!

Kailon Fitness & Nutrition is dedicated to helping women know why they should embrace intelligent, focused strength training. Here are some the most incredible benefits proper strength training provides…
Lifting for women means LEANER (smaller) body compositions and lower body fat. It does NOT mean getting big or bulky. Women specifically do not possess the amount of testosterone needed to make muscles bigger. Resistance training a few times a week with full body routines will not make you the incredible hulk, I promise!
Weight training ramps up your metabolism and burns calories ALL DAY, EVERY DAY! Lean muscle requires calories just to survive. So, your muscles burn through calories all day every day just to exist. That’s how we rev up our metabolism!
Increased mobility and flexibility. As we move one muscle group through it’s working range, the opposing muscle group goes through a full range of stretching! Most injuries come from lack of strength especially around vulnerable joints, not lack of flexibility – gain strength and watch everything else become easier!
Strength training also lowers blood pressure, increases energy, improves sleep, reduces joint pain, and increases bone density!
By progressively overloading your muscles through resistance training (making exercises harder and harder little by little), your body will lean out, drop fat and burn more calories constantly overtime! If you do not challenge your body, your muscles and your cardiovascular system, it will not change – PERIOD!

We offer 3 different fitness level programs for both at home and in the gym workouts- Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.
THE BEGINNER LEVEL
- Great if you are completely new or starting back up again!
- We show you where you should feel it and should not feel it, how to modify the exercise for various purposes and cueing to make it extremely effective.
- Gives you base level strength by really focusing on and practicing basic movement patterns that are essential to move onto more difficult exercises. This is all about safe progression and not going too fast and too hard too soon!
- You will have 2 workouts a week consisting of 8 exercises. You will always perform full body routines, so you can get the best results the fastest!
THE INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
- This takes everything a step further! You will be doing more advanced movements and multi-joint exercises.
- Every exercise in this level also has the explanation videos where you can brush up and revisit how to perform the movements flawlessly.
- You will have 3 workouts a week consisting of 8 exercises. Plan on full body routines, with a few upper and lower body days worked in, so you can get the best results the fastest!
THE ADVANCED LEVEL
- This is for those of you who have been working out consistently, are very physically active, or who have progressed through the different levels of the Kailon Method.
- This level builds quicker on the staple movement patterns and incorporates various types of difficult exercises.
- You will have 3 workouts a week consisting of 12 exercises. Plan on full body routines, with a few upper and lower body split days worked in, so you can get the best results the fastest!
Both our home and gym workouts offer incredibly versatile and challenging exercises that will give you the best results, so you can work out no matter where you are. Both are effective, time-efficient and safe!
- The HOME program will utilize dumbbells, a long band, a mini band for around your legs, a mat and a bench/chair or ottoman. *Equipment needed for home workouts are NOT included. If you’re a beginner and need to know what to buy to get started, we have an equipment recommendation section outlining exactly what to order and from where.
- If you workout in the GYM, there isn’t anything you’ll have to take with you, except your phone with the workouts cued up and ready to go! All of our gym workouts use the equipment that’s already there.
- You can switch between the home and gym programs, even during the same week! The workouts mirror each other on the same day. That way you won’t lose any of the progress you’ve made no matter where you workout!
- We will email you every Monday with a link to your workouts for that week. The best part is you decide your schedule. You choose which days, location and level of difficulty for your workouts!
- And, if anything ever comes up in your life, and you miss a couple of weeks, you can go back and restart where you left off with our “Rewind” function!
- We make it easy for you to workout anywhere on any device! You can access your workouts on your computer, tablet or phone, so whether you’re at home or in the gym it will be ready and waiting for you!
- We have a simple tutorial on how to navigate the video platform to get you started and on your way!
- In order to fuel those amazing workouts, you need to energize your body with a healthy nutrient dense diet!
- Every Saturday you’ll have a meal plan sent right to your inbox delivering highly nutritious recipes that are clean, healthy and delicious! Included in the meal plan are the recipes, shopping list and calorie & macro breakdowns for each meal.

Can anyone participate in this program? How do I choose the right one?
Yes! I have created this program with both safety and effectiveness in mind. I have spent the last 15 years working one-on-one with every type of client. I have created an extensive library of exercises with accompanying in-depth explanation videos that will cover everything from form, breathing, tempo and proper execution. I want you to feel good knowing everything to keep you safe and push you hard will be at your fingertips during your workouts! You can be brand new to working out and slowly work yourself into new and exciting habits or you can be an advanced workout maverick and find new exercises that will challenge your body and mind!
Can I try it for free before committing?
Absolutely! We offer free 7 days with access to all exclusive content. Workouts, food menus and additional health and fitness tips are all included!
How long are the workouts?
The beginner and intermediate level workouts will take approximately 30 minutes. It may take additional time at first as you watch the explanation videos to make sure you follow proper technique, breathing, modifications and detailed cueing.
The advanced level workouts will take approximately 50 minutes. There are additional exercises in this level. It may take additional time at first as you watch the explanation videos to brush up on proper technique, breathing, modifications and detailed cueing.
How many days a week do I workout?
This program was created to be mindful that not everyone has the desire or ability to workout hours every day. We have obligations, families, work and everything else that goes into our busy days. I want you to feel strong enough to enjoy your life, and whatever makes you happy! With that in mind, the beginner program includes 2 workouts a week, and the intermediate and advanced levels include 3 workouts per week.
Do I need to add in a ton of cardio?
NO! All of the workout routines are designed to be strength focused and cardiorespitory assisted. The harder your muscles work, the harder your heart has to work to pump blood into those muscles. You will feel your heart rate rise and fall during your workouts, which is great. Strength training will give you energy, boost your metabolism and it will help you burn calories even after you’re done! The workouts are primarily full body routines so you get the most effective and time efficient workouts! Of course, keep moving every chance you get, take walks, swim, hike, bike run- anything that boosts your mood and keeps you active and healthy is awesome! And don’t forget strength training will make you leaner and fitter, not big and bulky!
What kind of results can I expect?
Great question and different for every person! Some people will come to this program looking to get stronger. Some will come looking for motivation and support. Some will be excited to learn all about each exercise and how to do them perfectly to avoid injury. Some will start and just want to watch the demo videos and not have to think about anything but the workout. Every single person is welcome, and you have the opportunity to find exactly what you’re looking for! You will feel stronger and notice things in your every day life getting easier. You will have the ability to connect with me and other people to help you feel motivated and I want you to feel confident to share your amazing progress with us. Pushing yourself and eating well will help you to change your body composition. You will feel accomplished when you’ve completed these workouts. I am so excited for so many changes to happen for you!
What can I expect with the meal plan?
Every Saturday you will receive an email containing everything you will need for the following week; a shopping list, picture breakdowns of what to eat each day, and the recipes for 5 days of breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. We also provide full macros breakdown of each meal. Our plan has a ton of variety! You can follow it exactly as provided or use it as a foundation and tailor it to your specific needs and dietary restrictions. It’s a great balance of proteins, fats and carbs. We’ve designed this plan to save you time, money and avoid waste. There are tips on meal prepping, and we include suggestions and hints on the individual recipes!
Do you do the same workouts as us?
YES!!! All of the exercises you will do within this program were first done by me, then broken down to every minuscule cue and detail, then performed on clients for the past 15 years and then I also added modifications as well! I have done every exercise and routine you’ll see in this program and I still do!
