THE PROGRAM

The Kailon Method was created for anyone who wants to feel stronger, have more energy and vitality, needs a little life reboot and wants to change self-defeating patterns that have built up over time.

Once you start the program and see what you’re capable of, you will start crushing your original goals and have to keep setting the bar higher!  How cool is that?  This program will very specifically lay out everything you need to do and follow to get exactly what you want! Watch, learn, perform and repeat!  There is no guess work, you won’t have to navigate through tons of random workout videos without knowing how and when to do them, you don’t have to work out 5-6 times a week to see real progress, and you don’t have to work out for hours at a time! 

If you are new to working out and lifting weights, you can feel safe knowing the beginner program focuses on learning fundamental moves. You will learn how to perform every exercise with precise and expert video cueing. Every exercise comes with an explanation video where you can learn all the details to each exercise, as well as modifications! 

For those of you who are intermediate and advanced, those programs build upon fundamental moves to take them to the next level. Your workouts are longer and include more challenging types of exercises. These programs have explanation videos as well, so you can still learn or brush up on every single exercise! 

After choosing the program that fits your current fitness level, you’ll have the opportunity to choose between 2 or 3 workouts a week, and 30 or 45-minute workouts. This program can be taken at your own pace, and you never have to push beyond what is reasonable for you and where you are in life.

Another great aspect of our programs is that you get to choose between at-home or in-the gym workout routines! Both offer incredibly versatile and challenging exercises that will give you the best results, so you can work out no matter where you are.

What separates our program from others is our vast library of over 500 in-depth videos detailing and showing you how to perform every exercise within the program. You can feel safe and confident performing all of the exercises correctly and effectively giving you better and faster results! 

This is NOT a one size fits all workout routine and it doesn’t stop after 8 or 12 weeks like so many others! Once you join, you will have access to a workout program that continues to keep you challenged by giving you new and amazing workouts week after week, month after month and year after year!

Each week you’ll have a meal plan sent right to your inbox that we created specifically with our registered dietician to deliver highly nutritious recipes that are clean, healthy and delicious! Included in your weekly meal plan will be the recipes, shopping list and calorie and macro breakdowns for each meal. We make meal prepping and cooking a breeze! Our plan of simple and tasty recipes will help you on your way to being your own best ally of fueling your body!

WHAT IS SLOW-INTENSITY®?

Slow-Intensity® is a specialized method built into the Kailon program of high-intensity, low-force weightlifting at controlled speeds. It allows for an effective application of resistance by eliminating momentum and forcing the muscles to do ALL of the work, thus improving overall strength and endurance. Each workout includes techniques to build lean muscle, increase metabolism and burn calories more efficiently safely and continuously. The ultimate goal is to push safely beyond the point you want to stop and to the point where the muscle actually fatigues.

Each exercise will have specific guidelines of tempo and execution so you can be sure to get the most out of each exercise. By watching the correct range of motion, speed, pauses and breathing, we can make every exercise really count and push you towards your goals faster! There is no guesswork for you here!

I started using Kristin’s program in June of 2007 and never looked back! This is the first workout program that I look forward to every week (I work out 2 times a week for 30 or 45 minutes each).
